1.General Information The Self-Adoration Retreat will take place aboard the catamaran "Damara" in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, from September 2-5, 2025. The retreat spans 3 nights and 4 days and is by invitation only, designed exclusively for six women.
2. Activities The retreat includes a variety of activities such as meditation, devotion, learning about archetypes, pranayama, silence, sharing circles, paddle boarding, yoga, hiking, tubing, island tours, swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. Participants are encouraged to join all activities but may opt-out if they choose.
3. Cost and Payment Plan
- Early Bird Rate: $3,000 USD paid in full or with a three-payment plan:
- payment 1 - $1000 - at time of purchase
- Payment 2 - $1000 - 6 weeks after 1st payment
- Payment 3 - $1000 - 6 weeks after 2nd payment
- Standard Rate: After Feb 28th, 2025 the price is $3949. This payment can also be paid in full or have three- payments plan:
- payment 1 - $1316 - Feb 2025 (at time of purchase)
- Payment 2 - $1316 - 6 weeks after 1st payment
- Payment 3 - $1316 - 6 weeks after 2nd payment
- Payments are accepted via Stripe.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the participant cancels before May 31st, 2025, there will be a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after June 2025.
- In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or hurricanes, the retreat will be rescheduled, or participants will be offered a discounted rate for a future trip aboard "Damara" or a similar retreat.
5. Liability and Assumption of Risk
- Participants acknowledge that activities such as swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and other excursions involve inherent risks. By attending the retreat, participants agree to assume all risks and hold the organizers harmless from any claims arising from injuries or incidents.
- Safety instructions provided by the crew and facilitators must be followed at all times.
6. Code of Conduct
- This retreat is a safe and supportive space. All participants are expected to treat each other, the crew, and facilitators with respect.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
7. Travel and Health Requirements
- Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from La Paz, Mexico.
- Transportation from Los Cabos International Airport or a hotel in Los Cabos to La Paz, BCS can be arranged by organizers for an extra fee.
- It is required that participants have travel insurance
- Any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs must be disclosed in advance to accommodate appropriately. This information will be requested after enrolment.
- All clients must know how to swim.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
- This retreat fosters a deeply personal and transformative experience. All discussions and shared experiences during the retreat are to remain confidential among participants.
9. Photography and Media Release
- Photographs and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. A Media release form will be provided upon enrolment and participants can opt out.
10. Agreement to Terms By submitting payment and attending the retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
