Community Weavers

A Sangha of Women Curating a Paradigm.

Journey on a Private Catamaran
Sea of Cortez, Mexico | October 27–30, 2025
8 Women .  4 Days .  1 Sacred Vessel

As women, when we gather with intention, something ancient stirs. We remember.

This is an invitation to come together in sangha. To share our visions, to collaborate, and to create a living, breathing community that supports awakening for ourselves, for one another, and for the Earth.

Sangha is community of the heart.

Together, we create a field of shared intention, where each person’s growth nourishes the whole, as the path to awakening, rarely a solitary one.

Every woman carries a sacred thread, and when we weave them together, the tapestry becomes stronger than any one strand.

During our days together aboard a private catamaran in the pristine waters of the Sea of Cortez, you’ll be guided into a deeper embodiment of love and sangha.

I want to join the Sangha of Community Weavers

On Damara, surrounded by uninhabited islands and open sky, we will remember what it means to belong to a community, that evolves, supports, and inspires, as we weave a collective of communities for the greater good.

This is not a retreat.

You are not just a guest, you are an essential part of the whole.

This is a gathering, a living mandala, a circle of eight women aboard a sacred vessel, devoted to love, presence, and beauty.

“When many candles come together, the light is stronger.”
— Buddhist proverb

The Ocean, the perfect setting...

The ocean is fluid, vast, and alive, a perfect mirror for community. To gather on the water is to remember flow, interconnection, and the beauty of nature.

Damara, our catamaran offers intimacy and an invitation to step away from the noise of the world into silence, peace, and the freedom of uninhabited islands.

What We’ll Explore

Over four days, we will live, practice, and dream together. Our time will include:

  • Community Circles: sharing our intentions and visions for conscious community. What has and has not worked for us.

  • Co-Creation Rituals: weaving our energies for the collective good.

  • Embodied Practices: meditation, breath, movement, and inner work to deepen presence.

  • Nature Immersion: snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and hiking.

  • Nourishment: fresh, healthy meals prepared with care.

  • Sisterhood: laughter, rest, silence, and the gift of being together.

This is not a retreat. It is a weaving of relationships that will continue beyond the boat, a living sangha of community weavers.

I want to weave this tapestry

True community is not something we build alone, it is something we become together

Your Vessel: The Sea + Damara

As we sail through the Sea of Cortez, our catamaran Damara, becomes the cradle the ocean is our teacher, its movement, our metaphor.

We are held by the waters.
We are guided by the winds.
We become women who live by flow and intention.

YOUR CURATORS

AUDE BARRAS - Tantric Lineage Practitioner, Pilgrimage Guide, Devotee of the Rose

For over a decade, Aude has dedicated her life to building community rooted in love and devotion. She curates sacred spaces through pilgrimages to the lands of Mary Magdalene in France and the temples of the Goddess in India, monthly rosary prayers, and intimate gatherings. Her work is an intentional practice of "weaving the community in a field of love," where shared prayer and devotion become a collective force.

Aude’s vision is to celebrate the beauty in diversity, recognizing the unique gifts each person brings. This vision comes to life through Sundarī Rasa, her brand that blends a passion for beauty with spiritual practice. Her community is a vibrant tapestry, woven from a deep love for the light in all traditions: from mystical Christianity to the Sri Vidya lineage, the art of Odissi dance, and years spent in shamanic and Taoist practices.

She believes that by coming together, we honor the power of love, serving the great beauty that we are and that the path of devotion and mutual celebration is the guiding force of sangha—a spiritual family rooted in honoring one another. At the heart of her work is the celebration of erotic innocence as the essence of creation, moving us to grow together and build the world we want to see for ourselves and our children. Her purpose is to cultivate love through craftsmanship, devotion, and celebrating the unique presence of each person.

LESLIE L. BOST - Spiritual Director, Retreat Leader, Devotee of the Rose & Mother of Four

Leslie is a nomadic mother & spiritual director who lives between Mexico and France with her husband and four children. As the founder of Casa Damara, a Conscious Family Living Community in Pescadero, Mexico and her personal practice Sabios Parenting, she is devoted to the path of sacred feminine embodiment, conscious family living, and trauma informed- practices through retreats and pilgrimages.

Her work is rooted in the belief that presence is a way of life, not something we do, but something we are. As a mother of four, healing, integration and devotion are not just a practice, but the pulse of her every breath. It is the sacred thread that has deepened her connection to God, Goddess, her husband, her children, and herself. Presence has become her greatest ally, guiding her to relate with more grace, awareness, and compassion in all her relationships.

With a background in trauma healing, spiritual psychology, intuitive intelligence, conscious and intuitive parenting, meditation, Leslie brings over a decade of study with teachers like Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Dr. Gabor Maté, Suzi Lula, Dr. Ricci-Jane Adams, and Yvonne Laborde. Most recently, she has been immersed in Srī Vidya Tantric lineages that honor the Goddess, through discipline, and devotion.

A community builder at heart, Leslie weaves connections wherever hosting retreats in France, USA, or Mexico, or gathering women in sacred circles. Her nomadic life has taught her to see the sacred in the everyday and the divine in all. She believes every woman holds a wellspring of wisdom within her, and that when we come together in presence, we remember who we truly are.

This gathering is an offering from her heart, a space for you to soften, open, and return to the quiet knowing already living inside you as we co-create.
